Starting Point:Residential-commercial construction project which was not completed over a decade, while buyers apartments were not handed.

Role:Special manager on behalf of the receiver.

Result:Completing the construction while delivering the apartments and the commercial site - within six months, for the benefits of the tenants and the creditors.

Apos Therapy - Biotech

Starting Point:Failing to meet cash flow goals leaded this international company - developed unique technology for treating knee problems - to shareholders disputes and insolvency.

Role:Special manager on behalf of the receiver.

Result:Stabilizing the activity while reserving the IP and key employees allowed conducting intense negotiations ended in selling the IP in substantial amount to a company held by Mr. Marius Necht, to the benefit of the employees and creditors.

Optier - High-Tech

Starting Point:After tens of millions of dollars were invested in it, this high-tech company which developed a cloud-based platform that creates contextual big data to accelerate business growth and analyze business transactions, got into insolvency.

Role:Special manager on behalf of the receiver.

Result:Preservation of the IP and key employees had created a strong negotiation starting point for the company IP. After international negotiation process, through which the company was providing services to its major clients (Fortune 500 companies) - the IP was sold in a substantial amount to SAP, to the benefit of the employees and creditors.

Starting Point:One of the leading industrial companies in Israel for doors manufacturing and distribution, spread all over Israel. Got into cash flow difficulties and insolvency.

Role:Special manager on behalf of the trustee in the stop of proceedings process.

Result:Intensive management lead to profitable activity, which allowed the selling of the company several months later to the Rav-Bariach group, to the benefit of the employees and creditors.

Starting Point:After 20 million dollars were invested in this high-tech company, which provided Cloud TV platform that offers virtual operators the ability to launch a comprehensive TV service including live content (DVBT & IP), on-demand content and an app market, it got into insolvency.

Result:Joining arms with the previous management for preserving the IP and key employees made it possible to conduct a peaceful investor hunting process. After the maturing stage got to its peak the activity and IP were sold to a company held by Mr. Teddy Sagi, to the benefit of the employees and creditors.

Starting Point:Industrial company that manufactures and sells flexible packaging worldwide. The company got into insolvency, putting its debt to its creditors at risk as well as jeopardizing the work place of its employees.

Result:Returning the factory to its full capacity, while recovering the damaged relationship between the company, its suppliers and customers.
